MEOW25: Bess & Purrl

The girls are still playful during the day. They do have lots of toys and with hardwood floors I can hear them play. They also chase eachother around. They do sleep most of the day in the sunny windows.

Bess has really warmed up to me. She will take treats from my hands. She also will come sit in the window in the living room and also hang out with me. I can get an arms length away from her but still no touch yet. She loves watching me in the kitchen. She has the quietest meow. She will let me know if they need more dry food.

Purrl still will stay about 5 feet away from me. She does a little hiss when I’m walking towards her. She loves this special cat house a friend gave to me. She does explore without Bess. She does come into the rooms I’m in as long as I’m still. She has the cutest chatter to Bess when she wants to play. She loves the lazer beam.

I am so happy I adopted older cats. They both love to sleep, eat and occasionally play. They don’t scratch my furniture, go after my plants and keep me up at night. They are a purfect pair.

I love these 2. I know eventually I can pet Bess. But Purrl will take alot more time.

Thank you MEOW Foundation for all that you do. Keep saving cats!
