You can’t beat Bosch. Our handsome fluffy and pink nosed fellow was a frequent visitor to a community TNR feeding station for many months. Sometimes neighbourhood cats come and go for a quick snack, but after several months it was apparent that Bosch was homeless. Without ID and not neutered, Bosch was offered the MEOW welcome package and now is microchipped, vaccinated and fixed.
Bosch is always ready to welcome visitors and eagerly awaits scritches and scratches or a tasty treat. Like any long haired cat, his new pet parents will need to be attentive to his grooming needs. So from our hands to your home, Bosch is ready for adoption.

Heart throb - Meet Morey! This healthy, handsome and big boned gentleman will fill your home with love and affection. Morey was born to be a companion. He eyes light up and he begins chirping and meowing as soon as he sees a human friend stop by. He always has something to say and can easily chat about any subject matter you desire. Morey has developed some food allergies which are easily managed on a prescription diet. If you have any questions about his diet, our staff are happy to chat with you.

A warm welcome to Rubens. Rubens has a very sweet nature and keeps an eye out for nearby humans who can offer him a gentle petting sessions and in return, will reward them with his soothing purrs. Rubens was abandoned, and while the first few days were frightening for him, he soon knew he was safe and loved. So when they say that love makes the world go round, it was certainly true for Rubens. Fleet of foot and smart as only a cat can be - meet Klimt. Klimt very happily indulged himself at a TNR feeding station for over a year and enjoyed regular visits with the caregiver. But when it came time to try and get this big ol' boy in a cat kennel, Klimt wasn't having it and moved faster than the speed of light. A humane trap finally nabbed him and his new future at MEOW has unfolded day by day.

Understandably nervous for the first couple of days, it only took Klimt a few more days to have the staff and volunteers wrapped around his little paw. He is an absolutely delightful character who has left his stray days behind him and will soon make a one lucky family complete.

Petey is a dashing grey tabby with beautiful green eyes. Petey joined MEOW after being transferred from a partner agency. He is good natured and is always on his best manners with his feline roomies. Hi everyone, I'm Morisot! While I may be a bit reserved at first, but I am a girl full of surprises. I am what some might call a ‘curious cat’. I love exploring every nook and cranny and I also like to sniff your hands to get an idea of who you are and where you have been. I'm a sweet girl with a mellow and quiet personality. I tend to be more of an observer and have a cautious approach to life until I am feeling safe and comfortable. I had the misfortune of being a stray young cat who had a litter of kittens outdoors, but through every up and down of my outdoor life, I managed to keep my little brood safe. My other kittens were rescued several week ago, but I continued to look after my last kitten until we were both rescued. He's found his forever home, and now it's my turn! I think I am best suited to a calmer home, but I could do well with older children who take the time to get to know me and have had cat experience.

Meet Crumble, a cat who needs a second chance. Crumble lived most of her life outdoors as a TNR cat, but during her time outdoors, she lost her caregiver and has returned to MEOW to enter our Socializing 101 program and will work with our experienced socializing team. My name is BB and I am seeking a cat experienced adopter! You could say I am a very special girl with some health issues that are often associated with my Bengal ancestry. I have lost my sight due to a genetic condition called Progressive Retinal Atrophy. My eyes are very beautiful and while I cannot see you, I can sense you with my acute hearing, and I adore being with my person (even though I'm not the biggest cuddler). In no time at all, I master my surroundings and I LOVE to explore, and you'd barely even know I'm vision impaired! Due to my love of being with humans, I would do best with an adopter that is home often to give me the attention I desire. I also love to chat with my humans, you could say I'm a vocal gal! Another challenge I have are allergies, and my health care team has worked tirelessly with diet and medication to help me enjoy my life to the fullest. Due to being blind and having a fear of loud noises and sudden movements, I would do best in a calm, adult only home. While I haven't lived with dogs before, I have met one and did well, so I might have the potential to do well with a calm and respectful canine.

I am a big and sometimes sassy guy. I prefer a quieter place of residence without other pets or kids. I have a weird love/hate relationship with bags. When you handle one it startles me, but I like to try to climb inside of them. Despite being kind of picky and oddly, I am not a big fan of Temptations treats. I have a healthy appetite and will do anything for food!

I do play with toys with you and alone but not for long. Once I settle in with you, I will try to take your spot on the couch or at worst lean on you while sitting next to you. After a couple of months I won't mind if you pick me up for some cuddles. I do like it when you kneel down on the floor to pet me; just not my stomach. I love a sunny spot to lie and will talk to the birds when they come by to visit.

Katashi has early hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy aka heart disease. He does not need any medications at this time, however he will need yearly check ups and monitoring of his heart for progression of the disease.

Keeth is a really beautiful cat. We do not know if Keeth ever had a home, but we do know that he lived on the streets for some time. When he first arrived at his foster home, he was very shy. He is still shy and loud noises scare him, but likes to be petted and to spend time with his best friend, Sammee. He has become a cat who will jump up on laps for a little while before going about the rest of his day. He is a quiet boy who does not play a lot, but he does enjoy a good round of chasing with Sammee. His favourite toy is a turbo scratcher: his foster mom goes through about one a month he loves them so much!

Keeth has a condition called mega colon, which requires daily medication and prescription vet food for his entire life. The food and medication are easily attainable and is no more costly than other prescription diets and he does very well on his diet. Any adopters will need to be diligent about his vet care to ensure that he lives a long, healthy life.

Meet Wanderwell! This amazing little survivor came from an environment where life was tough. Surrendered to MEOW at no fault of her own, she was unfortunately suffering from untreated upper respiratory symptoms. She required some TLC, but she has recovered wonderfully, and she's been patiently waiting to find her forever home. Initially incredibly shy and untouchable, Wanderwell has blossomed during her time at MEOW, and now happily accepts pets, playtime, and treats, lots of treats! Sweet, handsome, and full of charm, Quinoa is looking for his perfect home! This cuddly Siamese Cross loves chin scratches, tunnels, boxes, and is starting to enjoy puzzle toys. Unlike most Siamese, he’s not very vocal! Quinoa enjoys spending time with people and is always up for a visit and a play, or taking cozy naps on the couch or bed. Good day to you all, I'm Athlone. I'm a bit shy, you see, but I've already made great progress during my short time with MEOW! While at first I preferred to wait for humans to leave the room before exploring, I am becoming very interested and curious about the happenings in my adoption room, such as exploring cat tunnels, toys galore and also checking out who’s who in the feline world.
