Cats & Yoga at Regal Cat Café
Join us at Regal Cat Café for yoga with cats! Your ticket includes a beginner-friendly yoga class instructed by Carolyn Cameron (@carolyn_in the_rockies) in the Kitty Kingdom.
Guests are welcome to a complimentary small loose-leaf tea or brewed coffee. Participants must be 18+. Please arrive 10 minutes early to get checked in and bring a yoga mat and yoga attire.

Join us for a paws-itively relaxing Sound Bath + Yin Meditation experience surrounded by Quartz Crystal bowls, a soothing Gong… and of course, CATS!
Let the gentle vibrations melt your meow-ntal clutter and calm your nervous system, while Yin meditation helps you stretch like the elegant feline you truly are. We’ll flow through the chakras—your inner energy centers—guiding your body into deep, cozy relaxation.
All Yin poses are floor-based and totally optional. Not feeling stretchy? No problem! Simply roll into Savasana, cuddle up on your mat, and enjoy the purrs, head boops, and furry companionship.

Kitty Paint Night
Cats, painting, and coffee. What could be better than that?
This is a night of creativity with local artist Rozzie Lee (@calgarychalkartist).
Come in and enjoy an evening full of art and cuddles with cats as Rozzie Lee shares her talents with you on canvas.
Included in ticket purchase is one small brewed coffee or tea, all the supplies needed to complete your painting, a guided lesson, and one kitty visit. Plus you get to keep your painting to hang up at home!

Are you passionate about animal welfare and looking to make a difference in the lives of stray and abandoned cats? Become a MEOW Foundation volunteer! Our volunteers play an essential role in operations at our Adoption Centre, MEOW Charity Thrift Shop, Regal Cat Café, and beyond. From cat care to crafting, there are so many different ways to get involved.
