May we introduce Nito? Nito hung out as a stray for many months and was fed by a kind Calgarian. The rescuers's cats were not ready to welcome this new guy in their territory and Nito came to MEOW for a much needed makeover. With his cute lion shave, Nito is feeling much better, relaxing and enjoying all the attention from volunteers and staff. He can be a touch shy when you first meet him, but he soon warms up as soon as he is pet. Nito is ready for his new home, but wants to take a moment to remind his applicants that as a long haired cat, he will need regular brushing and grooming and may need professional grooming assistance in the future.
