Meet Lil Otter! Lil Otter is a funny little kitten who is happiest tucked under your chin and kneading biscuits as he purrs at top volume. He seems to think trying to stick his nose up your nose is the height of friendliness. Their foster moms dog adopted Lil Otter and his siblings as her own so they think all dogs (and big cats) are their friends. He isnt stressed at all by car rides or vet visits.
