Handsome Hannibal is seeking a second chance!Hannibal came to the attention of his caring rescuer about a year ago when he would stop by for a visit. Then for the last 3 or 4 months, he took up permanent residence in her yard. Concerned about the approaching winter and unable to trace his owner, Hannibal was in need of a helping hand and so he came to MEOW.
After a dental and updated vaccines, make sure you add Hannibal to your list of 'must see' adoption hopefuls.
