Age does not come alone - Introducing our sweet senior, Bertie. Sure, Bertie has a few more health issues, aches and pains as a dignified fellow of 13 years, but he also carries the wisdom of his years and a heart full of love. On the health front, Bertie is FIV positive, has mild heart disease, arthritis, and recently had a urinary infection and he is in the very early stages of kidney failure.


Affectionally known as ""Bert the Flirt"" this guy is loving and likes being close. His markings are those of a super-hero, his cape running from head to tail.

Bertie is also a chatterbox. He talks to himself as he eats and drinks and has his baths. He loves playing with wand toys and with a string with knots at his end. He loves a bit of catnip and enjoys the warmth of the sunshine and lying by the heat vents.
