Dewey needed time, eight months to be exact, to trust his neighbourhood rescuer and make his way to MEOW. Sometimes abandoned and lost pets become very fearful outdoors and once back inside, they quickly remember the joys of pethood and family life. This was the case for Dewey. Dewey is remembering and enjoying the pets, the kind words, the food, the people, the soft beds. Yes, he loves it all. And he is ready to love you too!
