Where he came from, nobody knows, but Elliot knew how to ask for help. He was a very social stray who found a cat loving neighbour in the area who provided this hungry boy with some free meals. Without ID and not neutered, an owner could not be found. Elliot is a handsome tabby with white with an affectionate and endearing personality. Overall, he is a laid back dude and ready for a family of his own.
