This bonded pair of black beauties are two sweet girls. While at first glance they may look identical, as you get to know them, there are subtle differences in both appearance and behavior. Lilac is the larger girl with a larger white patch on her chest. She is active, curious and can most often be found on the top perch of the cat tree watching the activity outside. Lilac has a good appetite especially for wet food. She is full of energy when playing with her human and a wand toy. She loves her body rubs, head and chin scratches. You will hear her purr loudly if you take a few minutes to give her a body massage. Although she is the bigger sister, she often lets Lavender test the waters before jumping in for pets or any new experience. These lovelies are quiet kitties. Aside from the odd hiss when startled, the predominant sound you hear from them is their purr. They have not found their meow yet: maybe they do not need it to communicate with us mere mortals because their sisterly communication is so strong. They are great company for each other and get along together well. Both girls consider doors as challenges, so keep a sharp lookout when coming and going! With a consistent routine, love and affection, they will blossom into the beautiful cats they are meant to be.
