The Spay Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) is a program to assist low income cat owners with the cost of spay and neuter surgeries.
MEOW believes that spaying or neutering is the only way to end the problem
of pet over population. If you need financial assistance to spay or neuter
your cat(s) or kitten(s) please fill out the on-line SNAP application.

Since the formation of SNAP in July, 2006, SNAP has provided assistance to spay and neuter over 6 ,000 cats and kittens.

**Spay and neuter surgeries can be done at 10 to 12 weeks of age.
